When/why we hold a review
Proposed projects that are within the BHESDRB Map area and fulfill one or more of the following qualifying factors:
(a) new construction,
(b) significant horizontal or vertical expansion to an existing building — 250 sf or more,
(c) substantial changes to the primary facade of an existing building
